I recommend the services of this bike rental company, which were top notch. Bikes delivered and collected back from and to the accommodation. The bikes were completely set up to the dimensions sent after email communication so that we did not have to adjust anything. Communication with the provider of this service was excellent.

We recently rented road bikes from North Wind Cycles for a 6 day stay and were completely satisfied.When we booked, we noticed Tony's quick response time and his always friendly and professional manner. He was patiently available to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt like we were in good hands right from the start.The preparation of the wheels was extremely professional. All relevant dimensions were requested in advance so that the bikes were perfectly tailored to us on the day of collection. Even the smallest adjustments were made promptly to ensure the wheels fit perfectly.The wheels themselves were state-of-the-art and in excellent condition. This contributed significantly to our driving experience and we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Mallorca.Particularly nice: Tony was so flexible that on the return day, a Sunday, he came to the store especially for us and picked up the bikes againOverall, we can fully recommend North Wind Cycles. Rented an e-bike for the first time - tried it around a few streets first, loved it and kept it for four days. All made super easy by the team at North Wind. Had a blast in Cap de Formentera, Orient and many other places I would never have gone to otherwise.
We hired 2 bikes and had a 12/10 ride to Sa Calobra/Port de Soller from Alaro. The bikes (Canyon Endurace Di2) were excellent as well as the whole service experience (communication, best in class fitting, late bike drop off...). Thank you so much, Tony & team! Really good bikes which are good in shape and very good service.They take their time and do the right adjustments for you to have a great time.Also, the routes they have on their site are very good and there is a route for everyone.

Full service bike rental, from beginning to the end just the most kind service you can expect. Super fast via Email and Whatsapp. Tony took all the time to get the Bikefit right for my 2 week bike hire. The Canyon Endurace with SRAM Rival was just what I needed, there is little that I would change about the bike. (maybe wheels and tires, but details 🤷♂️)Brought my own pedals and Saddle, no problem at all. Tony supplied all the chargers, spare batteries, rear light, tools and co2 included.I will happily recommend this bike hire to all my friends and would hire again!
Brilliant personal service. Changed saddle after one day and replaced broken cleats for other members of the party. Bikes were in very good order. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and use again myself

North Wind are our main bike provider since 2022. After 10 years working on the island, we can confidently say these guys are the best bike rental we've work with by a long distance.Tony is always super attentive to make sure all of our guests are happy with their bikes and if there's any issue is always quick to response and fix the issue or replace the bike.Marco and Sebas do an amazing job keeping the bikes and are very meticulous in preparing the bike before each rental.They have great quality Canyons and Giants road bikes with electronic components with great gearing, Specialized Turbo SL e-bikes with extra battery packs, and they have a broad range of extra like pedals, lights, locks, handlebar bags, helmets, shoes, etc.Best kept rental bikes and great service.

Super friendly and competent. We rented racing bikes for 1 day and requested them the day before. The bikes were then prepared for our size, but you can also test drive them again on the rental day to see if everything fits. The bikes were great and you can also rent equipment at fair prices.The entire team there is nice and helpful.
We spontaneously decided on a day tour and were able to rent not only current bikes, but also helmets, shoes, drinking bottles and a cell phone holder. The customer service from Marco and his team is truly world class and we can highly recommend him.
Can fully recommend North Wind! Tony is really nice and knowledgeable and the bikes are all top-notch and well-maintained (flawless shifting and gears!)! Our whole group of 8 was absolutely delighted and Tony also gave us some nice recommendations for bars and cafés!

I can't recommend North Wind highly enough. On very short notice, Tony sorted me out with a bike, routes, nutrition and anything else I could think of.The bike was set up perfectly for me and delivered and collected from our hotel. I will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend this bike shop based on my experience today. I called in needing assistance after I found out the hard way the shop I used for hire ‘kindly’ provided a spare inner tube which was already punctured!After limping to North Wind Cycles the owner and shop staff were so lovely and had no issues supping and fitting a new inner tube (and spare), and the mechanic even went the extra mile to true my wheel as it wasn’t spinning straight!Their fleet of hire bikes was impressive and well maintained, and included new Canyon Ultimates alongside a selection of other road bikes, gravel bikes and e-bikes.I will definitely hire from these guys next time I am on the island, and to top it their shop dog was delightful -10/10 🙂
