Questions about booking

To provide the best fitting bike possible, following your booking we will email you and ask for the following 3 measurements from your existing road bike. Alternatively if you have had a professional bike fit just sent us those details.

  1. Middle of the cranks to the top of the centre of the saddle
  2. Front tip of saddle to the centre of the handlebar
  3. Centre of front wheel to centre of the handlebar

We can do, although many customers prefer to bring their own pedals.  If you choose to bring your own pedals we will fit these to your bike for you when we hand it over. If you prefer to hire pedals we stock Shimano SPD-SL, Shimano SPD – MTB, Look Keo and flat pedals. The cost to hire pedals is €5.

We are very confident that you will love riding your new hire bike. If for any reason you don’t like it, we will always do our very best to resolve the issue, even if this means giving you a different bike or bike model.

We do not have any female specific frames but we do offer female specific saddles and frames sizes to fit petit riders.

Yes, accidental damage insurance can be purchased for €20. Accidental damage insurance does not cover loss or theft or the bicycle or accessories.

Unfortunately we cannot provide insurance against theft. Theft of bicycles on the island is rare but we recommend you obtain travel insurance that provides this cover for you. If your hire bike is stolen you will be responsible for the trade cost of the bike.

As standard each bike will come with a small saddle bag containing a spare inner tube, 2 tyre levers, and a CO2 canister with inflator nozzle. The following items will also be available to borrow free of charge just ask.
USB rechargeable lights
Small cafe lock
Large D lock

Questions about riding in Mallorca

Yes, it is a legal requirement to wear an approved cycle helmet while riding in Mallorca. There are some specific exceptions to this including if you are riding in an urban area only, although we would recommend you wear a helmet at all times. You can bring your own helmet or you can hire one from us with prices starting from €5.

Between sunset and sunrise, you must have and use one white light pointing straight forward and one red one pointing straight back. It is not a legal requirement to use bike lights during the day although we would recommend having a daytime flashing rear light. Daytime lights can be provided free of charge, just ask.

Please contact us straight away and we will help resolve it.
